Getting a Contract Done
After you’ve produced the final product or the number of hours required by your client, your contract is over. Send your customer an email to let them know you’re accessible if they have any questions or concerns. Your client may still be examining your work if your contract is still open. However, because you only receive final feedback once the task is completed, feel free to request that the contract be ended after the work has been evaluated and paid for.
Taking care of your public image and reputation
After you’ve completed a contract, your customer can score your work on a scale of 1 to 5 stars and provide final comments. They may also write a message about their experience and give you a private recommendation rating. The customer has the choice to leave these, but most do because it is a vital way for them to evaluate their experience. Delivering great work, communicating early and regularly with your clients, and being an overall pleasure to deal with are the most critical things you can do to get positive final evaluations.
